Workshop Agreement

Workshop Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement

I understand that participation in the Workshop may involve physical activity, the use of tools, materials, or equipment, and other inherent risks that could result in injury, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the Workshop.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Port Washington Saukville Arts Council, its employees, instructors, affiliates, and any other associated parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the Workshop, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I acknowledge that I have been advised to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructors and organizers. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and for ensuring that I use proper precautions while participating.

I further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims or liabilities that may arise from my conduct during the Workshop.

By submitting payment, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
